If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we\u2019re here to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Eligibility for Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can return unused and unopened products within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Certain items are not eligible for return, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Products that have been opened or used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards or promotional items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products purchased during sale events, unless they are defective or damaged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>How to Initiate a Return<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To initiate a return, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact our customer service team at <strong><a>hello@theyotribe.com<\/a><\/strong> within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of receiving your order.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide your order details and the reason for the return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Refund Process<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within <strong>7-10 business days<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you received a defective or damaged product, we will happily exchange it for the same item.
