Refund and Returns Policy

At YoTribe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return unused and unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased during sale events, unless they are defective or damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@theyotribe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or defective.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Any shipping fees incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product to arrange for an exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@theyotribe.com.

7. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
